Found TS at the original location in Dupont Circle on P St., through prenatal (shout out to Carol) and postnatal classes with Anne with my daughter who is now 18!

I completed the 40 Hour TSA certification in January 2006, and then the 200 hour in May 2007. I quickly quit my job, and was already teaching in-office classes.

I’ve been teaching ever since, started my own LLC, Bendy Yoga, at home and abroad, I taught mostly at Arlington location, subbed here and there in DC.
