Jamie Navarro
Jamie first found herself on a Yoga mat to assist her recovery from competitive swimming-related shoulder surgeries and as a means to help relieve stress from her graduate studies. Jamie found Tranquil Space Arlington in her search for her new Yoga home after a move to Arlington and never looked back.
Jamie completed the TS YTT program in 2011 and started teaching at TSA in 2012. Jamie moved to the Portland, Maine area in 2019 and has taken a deeper dive into mobility and self-myofascial release through the Roll Model Method.
